BSL® hexagon bolts are universal external thread fasteners, mainly made of carbon steel. The structural type is mainly based on automobile standard parts, while taking into account customized specifications.
Automobile standard parts mainly include Q180-hexagonal flange face toothed bolts, QC/T340-automotive hexagonal flange bearing face toothed bolts, etc. The performance grades are 8.8 and 10.9. Surface treatments include galvanizing, zinc-nickel alloy, Dacromet, etc.
The main application occasions are car body, chassis, etc.

The bolts are installed manually by inserting them into the sheet metal holes, screwing in the nuts and then tightening them with a torque wrench.
