BSL® self-clinching nuts are divided into flanged self-clinching nuts and self-clinching self-clinching nuts.

The rivet nuts should be subjected to quenching and tempering heat treatment to obtain the required connection strength.

The installation sheet metal material is cold-rolled steel plate, and the hardness should not exceed 150HB.

The product riveting tooling is shown in Figure 2. Riveting uses special hydraulic equipment with pressure and stroke monitoring.
Before riveting, confirm whether the specifications and dimensions of the punch and base match the product. Set the matching speed, pressure, and stroke stop point, place the product in the cavity or boss of the base, align the mounting plate hole with the center of the base, insert it into the product riveting port cylinder, and start the equipment to apply vertical pressure to embed the product into the mounting plate hole.
