BSL® Tolerance Adjuster products can provide assembly clearance adjustment between threaded connections for automotive sheet metal to eliminate the cumulative tolerance between components.
Usage scenarios
BSL® tolerance adjusters produce different structural features according to different application parts of the car, such as snap-on structure for instrument panel assembly, rivet structure for connecting lamps to the body, snap-on structure for luggage rack and roof sheet metal installation, etc.

Installation Method
1.1 Installation of snap-on tolerance adjuster
1) Manually press into the bottom sheet metal slot for positioning;
2) Align the holes of the upper sheet metal;
3) Insert the installation screw;
4) Use a fixed torque wrench to rotate the fastening bolt;
5) Screw in the fixing nut for tightening.
Due to the reverse rotation and lifting mechanism of the screw of the adjuster, it automatically fits the sheet metal surface during the tightening of the bolt, which plays a role in eliminating the gap between the sheet metal.
