BSL® welding nuts can provide internal thread support for automotive steel sheet metal, and improve the connection strength by welding.
Suitable for high-strength connection of thicker automotive sheet metal parts, such as automotive door frame parts.
About welding nuts
BSL® welding nuts are divided into automotive standard parts and customized types.
For the structural dimensions of automotive standard parts welding nuts, please refer to the relevant contents of welding nuts (Q364, Q366, Q368, Q369, Q370D, Q371B or Q375) in the “Automotive Standard Parts Manual 2012 Edition”.
Bosch’s customized welding nuts include: trimmed welding nuts (safety belt nuts), cap-type welding nuts, etc.
