BSL® welding studs, also known as welding bolts, can provide external thread support for automotive steel sheet metal threaded fastening connections, and use welding to improve connection strength.
Suitable for high-strength connections of thicker automotive sheet metal parts, such as connections between automotive chassis and seats.
About welding studs
BSL® welding studs are available in auto standard parts and customized types.
For the structural dimensions of auto standard parts welding nuts, please refer to the relevant contents of the bearing surface projection welding bolts (Q198A, Q198B, Q198C types) and end projection welding bolts (Q199A, Q199B types) in the “Automotive Standard Parts Manual 2012 Edition”.

Welding nuts are welded with a special welding gun. The welding tools are determined by the user.
