BSL® self-clinching bushings are embedded support sleeves used in the positioning holes of automotive aluminum alloy profile frames. They are used to improve the support strength of the profile positioning installation points and increase wear and corrosion resistance.
According to the shape of the embedded teeth, it is divided into straight tooth riveting bushings and helical tooth riveting bushings. The main application occasions are battery pack trays and automobile chassis.

Code description: “B2031” is a straight tooth riveted bushing, “B2032” is a helical tooth riveted bushing. “150035” means the nominal diameter D=15mm, the rod length L=3.5mm.
