BSL® 拉铆螺母为汽车钣金上的内螺纹提供有效支撑。

BSL®拉铆螺母为汽车钣金预制孔上的快速铆接和内螺纹支撑提供了理想的解决方案。该系列紧固件包括多种结构类型和不同的连接特性,广泛应用于以钣金为基材的汽车各个部位。与焊接方法相比,可显著减少安装时间和维护成本,环保无污染,不会对钣金基材周围材料造成过热损伤。

关于拉铆螺母

BSL®拉铆螺母的结构设计包括防旋转结构设计和适应不同钣金孔型的密封防水结构设计。

使用场景

1)平头型、沉头型

头形分为平头和沉头两种,平头型为通用型,适用于对安装后平面没有要求的场合;沉头型适用于要求安装后平面平整的场合。

2)通孔型、盲孔型(防水密封)

螺纹孔设计分为通孔和盲孔两种,其中盲孔螺母在螺纹连接部位能起到密封防水的作用,用于需要密封的连接场合。

为了进一步增加铆接后连接孔周围的防水性能,可在盲孔型产品的帽沿根部涂上胶水,以提高连接整体的防水性能。

表面处理

由于压铆螺母是通过产品局部挤压产生塑性变形来夹紧板件从而实现其连接作用的,其加工方式通常为冷挤压成型,因此所选材料必须具有良好的塑性并满足一定的连接强度要求。

安装方法

根据所要求的连接螺栓直径规格和螺纹连接强度(螺母所需的螺纹载荷),确定产品材料类别、螺纹规格直径;

根据钣金/板材连接的厚度、外露的安装空间,按照GB/T17880系列产品标准的推荐铆接范围及产品类型及螺纹规格确定相应的产品长度规格;

根据安装的特殊要求(是否有平齐钣金面的要求、是否有较高的防转要求、是否密封防水)选择帽型、杆型等;

根据产品防护要求等级选择表面处理方法。
